1. Free vs. Paid Courses
- Free courses (including PDF notes, tests, and basic sessions) are provided without any payment — no refunds or cancellations are applicable.
- Paid courses include premium live or recorded classes, workshops, or exclusive materials. Refunds for these are subject to the terms below.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel a paid course purchase before the batch or course access starts by contacting our support team via https://lawstudy.in/contact-us/.
- Once the course has started or materials have been accessed, cancellations may not be accepted.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:
- You were charged more than once for the same transaction.
- You enrolled in the wrong course by mistake and have not accessed its content.
- The course was canceled or discontinued by LawStudy.
All approved refunds are subject to verification of payment and access logs.
4. Refund Timeframe
After approval:
- Minimum refund processing time: 3 business days
- Maximum refund processing time: 10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
- You have already accessed or downloaded more than 25% of the paid course.
- You have attended live or recorded sessions.
- The course was purchased during a limited-time discount or special offer.
- You enrolled through a third-party platform outside LawStudy.in.
6. Changes to Refund Policy
LawStudy reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on this page.
